part of the small commune of Gardegan-et-Tourtirac
Set in the gentle rolling vineyards of the Dordogne and backing onto the highly ranked Grand Saint-Emilion Golf Club, Roucaud is 'a nice place to stay'.

Bordeaux & Bergerac airports are within 40 minutes and the 'wineline' arrives in 2020 making London only 4-5 hours by train. Toll motorway links mean Calais takes around 9 hours by car.

Having moved from England. we are currently renovating and restoring a former wine producing chateau. This will enable us and guests to enjoy the outstanding scenery and relaxed pace of life in this picturesque part of Aquitaine.

Enjoy a glass of local fine wine on the terrace with the fabulous views over the vineyards and beyond.
High speed wi-fi & usb charging points are freely available both in the house and the adjoining gardens.
There are 9 acres of grounds that have an elevated view over neighbouring vineyards and the golf course.
Rooms are cleaned at the end of the stay for privacy, but we are happy to pop-in on request
You will have a private fully fitted kitchen and dinning room for your self-catering stay.
We have a selection of Golf clubs and equipment that can be borrowed if required.
We have some bikes that would be suitable for recreation and local exploring.
